Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient effective hands-on therapy without instruments or drugs. I use my trained, sensitive hands to detect tiny deposits and imbalances in the feet, hands or ears. There are over 7,000 nerves in the feet and reflexes which correspond to every muscle, joint, gland and organ of the body.

What happens in a session?

Before the treatment begins we go over your medical history. You remove socks, shoes and jewelry. The feet are either cleaned in a footbath or with warm towels and checked for any common foot problems. Then you either lie or sit on an adjustable massage table. We begins with gentle warm up massage on the feet followed by specific attention to the reflexes of the feet, hands or ears. Your feedback is important as pressure is adjusted accordingly. The most common comment from clients is that they feel rejuvenated and a lightness in their feet.

Cranio Sacral Reflexology

In a groundbreaking work Dr. Faure-Alderson has taken Reflexology to a new level through the integration of Osteopathy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Reflexology. CSR is a leap forward in the application of reflexology. CSR is a therapeutic method combining the use of pressure on specific areas of the foot, which relate to the 12 cranial nerves and to the pulse of the Cerebro-Spinal Fluid (CSF) that surrounds the brain and spinal cord. The distinction between Cranio-Sacral Therapy and CSR is that while the former accesses the CSF from the head, the latter can achieve that from a point in the foot, hand and the head.

Dien Chan Facial Reflexology

This is the original method of Facial Reflexology. The Dien Chan is a natural therapeutic technique that is practiced in short sessions during which we obtain, almost immediately, a relief from pain and other disorders. Its broad scope allows for excellent results in the treatment of migraines, digestive and circulatory system, etc. We also get rapid and profound results in the treatment of muscle and joint disorders, such as stiff neck, cramps, lumbago and sciatica.
